Welcome to the Little Frog Families!

This is the site of our Daily Frog Blog, and one of the ways you can keep up with all the exciting goings on in the Little Frog's classroom. Every day, we will post news about our activities, reflections about the things we are learning, and lots of pictures (and sometimes even mini-movies). On the right side of the blogs is a link called, "Follow by email." If you sign up for this, the blog will be sent directly to your inbox. We encourage you to invite extended family members and interested friends to follow our blog, too.

Slow and Fast and Slow, Again

The Little Frogs were very busy again this morning. We continued to work on beads, and friends also painted on the easel and tried their hand at some new puzzles.

On the overhead, friends made all kinds of faces, and realized that they could see them from the front and the back.

Our sprouts continue to grow - we are hoping to be able to eat them by Friday!

We had a visiting teacher today - Mike from the 2nd grade of the Lower School spent the morning with us, and many friends enjoyed showing him around the room.

We went to visit Beverly and sing Happy Birthday to her.

Then had Morning Meeting. After our Moment of Silence, we took some time to pet Princess Froggy.

She is well-loved by all of the Little Frogs, and they have learned to be very gentle with her.

Then it was back to the Triangle Gym! It is fast becoming our favorite place to spend a rainy day.

We are using the wide open space to really test our gross skills and are gleeful about the things we can do with our bodies.

We also took some time to relax and calm ourselves. We even enjoyed a small rest time, before we headed back in the rain for a story and lunch.
